Kinders is a manufacturer of premium kids knitwear sweaters and apparel. We specialize in high-quality, comfortable, and stylish garments for children, produced according to client specifications.

2. Orders & Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or official documentation.

• Complete details including design, sizes, colors, quantity, materials, and labeling must be finalized before production begins.

• Once confirmed, any changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs and delays.

3. Pricing

• Prices are based on product specifications, order quantity, and material selection.

• Customization, special packaging, and premium fabrics may affect pricing.

• All quotations are valid for a limited time and subject to change until the order is confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 30%–50%) is required to initiate production.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer or mutually agreed payment methods.

5. Production & Delivery

• Production timelines depend on order size, design complexity, and material availability.

• Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance and may vary due to unforeseen factors.

• Kinders is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance, or external circumstances.

6. Quality Assurance

• We maintain strict quality control to ensure all products meet agreed standards.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to knitting and dyeing processes.

• Pre-production samples can be provided upon request for approval.

7. Returns & Claims

• Any claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

• Returns are accepted only in case of verified manufacturing defects.

• Approved claims may result in replacement, repair, or partial refund at the discretion of Kinders.

8. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

• All client-provided designs, logos, and artwork remain the property of the client.

• Kinders respects intellectual property rights and will not reproduce or share designs without permission.

9. Shipping & Risk

• Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are agreed upon before dispatch.

• Responsibility and risk transfer to the buyer once the goods are shipped.

10. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Cancellations before production may incur costs for materials, sampling, and administrative work.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kinders shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or resale of our products.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Kinders operates.
